Ok, I'll back down - for now that is, but for right now, let's take some small steps to help ourselves as well as others. Just a little, ok? It always feels so good when we do something just for us and when we do something nice for someone else - just because - it makes us shine and it feels so great! Don't panic, I'm not talking anything big here so relax. Take a deep breath and relax.
There are seven days of the week and what is it that you have yourself chained to on each one of them? Give yourself a minute or two, or five - and write down the answer to this question. Seriously - do it. Write down on a piece of paper the words Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Then under each one, list your usual routine for each day. Even if it gets tedious - don't cheat. If you get up at 7AM every day then write that under each day that you do that. Write - 'Wake up at 7AM", and repeat this without using abbreviations or leaving out words or writing ditto, etc. Do the entire day and night and do all seven days in one sitting. There is a point to this exercise.
Next, when you are finished writing everything down - be sure to put the day and date on your paper. Answer this question on your paper after your are finished with the exercise: How does seeing what you do every day of the week and putting it all down in front of you, make you feel about your life right now?" Notice that I said "RIGHT NOW". When you complete your answer, place your paper somewhere safe, but not so safe you cannot ever find it again. I'm good for that one! I have a few things that are still SAFE from years ago. lol
In a few days, I'll post another entry - it will concern your list that you made and a challenge that will help you and help others. Come on and just do it - take the challenge - I dare you! Looking at your life may not always be the easiest thing to do - but it is necessary - especially when you want to get rid of stress or make your life happier.
